做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
