做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
