做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
